F Pritchard Coal Merchants is a family run business, with Ian Pritchard being a third generation coal merchant. His grandfather started the business at these same premises in the 1930s and his father and uncles ran it after him, until 2007 when Ian became sole owner and proprietor.

Recognising that peoples' requirements and legislation for solid fuel heating have evolved over this time, Ian supplies a range of Clean Air Legislation compliant products including traditional Welsh anthracite and a range of smokeless ovoids.

We are proud to be a traditional coal merchants, delivering to your door rather than to the pavement in front of your home. Whether you opt for our 50kg tipped sack deliveries or a quantity of 20kg pre-pack bags, your wishes will always be respected with regards to where your order is left.

All of the products that we sell can be delivered (minimum order quantities apply for delivery - please phone for details) or are available to be collected pre-packed from the yard between 2.30pm and 4:30pm on weekday afternoons.
